Our service focuses primarily on K-pop concerts across Southeast Asia assisting fans with the ticketing process while keeping communication clear, straightforward, and transparent.

Service Fee

Our ticketing assistance fee generally ranges from RM40 to RM120, depending on the concert and the level of demand or difficulty involved in securing tickets.

We believe in keeping our pricing clear and transparent, so you’ll know the applicable service fee before proceeding with your booking.

Terms & Conditions

💳 Full Payment : Full payment must be made before the ticketing session. We will only proceed once payment is confirmed.

✅ 100% Refund if Unsuccessful: If we fail to secure any ticket for you, 100% of your payment will be refunded.

🚫 No Refund After Successful Purchase: Once we successfully purchase your ticket, no cancellation, refund, or change of mind is allowed.

🎫 Ticket Preferences: We will try our best to follow your requested category, price range, and seating preferences. Specific seats cannot be guaranteed.

⏰ Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 8 hours after the ticketing session. Please allow us time as we may be handling multiple orders during ticketing.

⚠️ Ticketing Issues: We are not responsible for website crashes, payment failures, queue issues, sold-out tickets, or other issues caused by the ticketing platform or event organizer.
