It has been a year since my previous post about the filming site for Queen In Hyun’s Man. Hopefully there are still fans interested to visit the filming sites.

We are finally going in to the filming site in Jeju. Personally I find Jeju to be a bit underwhelming and underrated but these filming sites is definitely worth a trip

1) Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak

This place appeared on the 6th episode of the series. When Boong Do was stuck in Jeju and he “borrowed” the travel book that was left behind by some tourists.

This is a quite a popular tourist destination in Jeju. The stone in the picture up there is not the tourist destination (that is just the entrance). You can walk uphill to the peak to see the view below;

2) Mint Restaurant @ Seopjikoji

This place can also be seen from Episode 6 of QIM in which they had coffee while waiting for their flight back to Seoul. While this place is located nowhere even nearby the Jeju Airport but of course for story progression and quality shooting such beautiful location need to be included in the drama somehow.

Visiting this location gives you a 2-in-1 benefit as a kdrama lover because this place is also where the famous church from the drama “All In” starring Song Hye Kyo is located.

This is an actual restaurant where you can dine in. I was in a bit of time constraint during my last visit so I didn’t get a chance to try the food. There are other blogs that review the foods served there such as this one.

Sadly, these are the only filming locations I’ve been able to identify from the drama.

Of course there are others like the Jeju Airport but that one would’ve been too obvious so I’m not gonna include it here. Do comment if you got any other ideas about the filming location.
