Where do I get the information on ticketing?
All Seoul related events for EXO members still signed under SM Entertainment (as at August 2024 – Chanyeol, Suho, Kai & Sehun) will be announced via EXO official social media:

Detailed ticketing information will be posted in EXO Weverse Channel. You do not need to be a paid member (aka fanclub member) to be able to access this information, you don’t even need an account.
Navigate to Weverse website, search for EXO under “Meet Your Favourite Artist” and click “Explore”
The details on all ticketing should be under Notice
In order to get notified on any changes,
1) Create account, join the EXO community
2) Download Weverse App and enable push notification
3) Any notices posted will be notified by the app to your mobile
Ticketing detail – Fanclub Presale
For you to join fanclub presale, after buying the membership on Weverse, there are a few steps that will only be open during specific time announced on Weverse App
1) Fan Club pre-sale Application period
– Application period : July 26, 2024 (Fri) 4:00 PM (KST) to July 30, 2024 (Tue) 11:59:59 PM (KST)
– Eligibility : EXO official fan club “EXO-L” Membership (GL)
In order to join the fanclub presale, all EXO-L Fanclub Members will need to Apply to join the presale. There are no limit on how many members can apply, rest assured. The application is more of a privacy terms & condition agreement as they need to share your personal details (ie name) to a third party (ticketing website) for the fanclub verification.
The link to apply for fanclub presale access will be posted on the Notice Board on Weverse, and the timing to apply are usually very short around 1 day to less than 1 week.
Ensure your Interpark account name matches your Membership name EXACTLY.
After you have applied, you will be able to see the event you have applied for under My events. This means your application is successful and your ID will be able to join presale.
2) Fan Club pre-sale application verification period
– Verification period : August 2, 2024 (Fri) 2:00 PM to August 5, 2024 (Mon) 5:59:59 PM (KST)
– Verification method : Verification will be conducted on the Interpark Ticket “2024 CHANYEOL LIVE TOUR : 都市風景 (City-scape) in SEOUL” pre-sale page for those who completed the pre-sale application on Weverse.
The 2nd step is to link your membership to your ticketing website account, in this case Global Interpark.
- Access Global Interpark, click MyPage –> Sign in and Register. Input your Name as per your Weverse membership detail.
- After account is created, ensure to perform Identity Verification by clicking any event page with ongoing sale and click Verified Member Only
3. Follow the step on the Identity Verification page (ie Upload Passport and Selfie). 1 person can only have 1 verified Interpark account.
4. Click Fanclub Pre-Order member confirmation and input your membership detail accordingly
5. Once successful, the Interpark ticket page will not change. However, when you input the same membership number again as per (4), you will get this message. This means your verification is successful.
3) Fanclub Presale
– Pre-sale Period : August 7, 2024 (Wed) 8:00 PM to August 7, 2024 (Wed) 11:59:59 PM (KST)
– Eligibility : Only those who have completed the fan club pre-sale verification on “[2024 CHANYEOL LIVE TOUR : 都市風景 (City-scape) in SEOUL]” ticket page are eligible to purchase one ticket per person.
– Fan club pre-sale is only available on the page where fan club verification is conducted.
※ If fan club pre-verification is done on the Korean pre-sale page, fan club pre-sale can only be made on the Korean pre-sale page, and the same applies to the global pre-sale page.
On the day of the ticketing, refresh the page until you can see the Buy Tickets button.
Ticketing detail – General Sale
– General Sales Period : August 8, 2024 (Thu) 8:00 PM (KST)
– General reservations can be made up to 2 tickets per person (including the ticket purchased through fan club pre-sale)
– General reservations are made only for the remaining seats after the fan club pre-sale, and if all the tickets are sold out during pre-sale, there may be no seats available at the time of general sale.
In order to join General Sale, you need an Interpark Account that have completed Identity Verification. Go to Step 2 under Ticketing Detail -Fanclub Presale on Interpark Identity Verification.
Login to Interpark and wait for to buy ticket during release time at CHANYEOL ticketing page.
How possible is it to get ticket during General Sale?
In the case of this concert due to the capacity of the Hall being only 1,400 seats, the possibility is very low. The most decent chance will be Fanclub Presale.
However, all Korean Ticketing website allows for cancellation of ticket (and refund) up to 1 day before any event. Often times refreshing near midnight to 1am (Korean Time), you may be able to get cancelled tickets.
Historically, I have gotten better seats by buying cancelled tickets than even Fanclub Presale.
Venue and seatmap
Venue: BlueSquare Mastercard Hall
As per the official website, the venue can cater up to 1,373 seats (for all seated event) or 2,800 pax for standing.
First Floor have no elevation between seats. However, Zone D and E are elevated slightly above Zone A, B, C. I’ve been on Zone D/E and the elevation made the view worst unless you are at the first row of the zone. I was seated on 2nd last row, and as the seats were at the same level as the stage, seeing anything was hard. If you are unable to get Zone A,B,C or first row of Zone D/E, it is better to go up to 2nd floor.
Second floor is fully elevated and offers unrestricted view of the stage, albeit further from the action.
As at 3rd August 2024, seatmap has not been released for the sale. But based on the size of the hall, it will probably have no extended stage and just a main stage only show.
Ticket price and benefits
VIP Seats (132,000KRW)
As at 3 August 2024, no announcement yet VIP Seats will cover which zone. Most probably will be either first few rows of Zone A/B/C or the whole Zone.
All VIP seats comes with Soundcheck.
General Seats (110,000KRW)
All other non-VIP seats will be charged the same amount. Most probably will cover First Floor Zone D/E and all of 2nd floor.
